Sauna ceremonies
Discover the magic of sauna ceremonies! Let yourself be carried away by the unique harmony of warmth, aroma and relaxing atmosphere under the guidance of experienced sauna specialists.
Each ceremony is a small ritual for the body and soul, which supports detoxification, improves immunity and brings deep relaxation. We look forward to seeing you every Friday at Wellness Frýdl from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM (privately also at other times). The ceremony includes:
- MIBIO Maris Sal & Orange body scrub to support deeper detoxification
- 2x sauna ceremony in the Finnish sauna followed by relaxation time
- oak whisks and ice bowls for sauna
- smoothie shot to boost immunity
- small snacks in the form of fresh and dried fruit and nuts
- MIBIO Feel The Forest body butter to nourish the skin
You can also choose special refreshments from the Na Hlavní 23 restaurant with your reservation (at least 24 hours in advance).
