Individual entry to Wellness Frýdl is daily from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Private booking of the entire wellness is possible at any time by prior arrangement. You can also book an experiential sauna ceremony under the guidance of sauna specialists, to which you are invited every Friday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The wellness includes:
- Finnish ceremonial sauna
- BIO herbal sauna
- infrared sauna and bench
- Kneipp walkway with massage stones
- cooling bath, showers and bucket
- relaxation zone with salt wall
Sheet, towel and slippers are included in the price. In the wellness area, as elsewhere in the hotel, you can use natural cosmetics from the Czech brand MIBIO.
You can also choose special refreshments from the Na Hlavní 23 restaurant with your reservation (at least 24 hours in advance).
